John Ozinga is a graduate of La Roche-en-Ardenne hotel management school in Belgium, attended the Institut Supérieur d’Informatique in Liège and obtained a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Heriott-Watt University Edinburgh (Scotland).
John has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry in France and internationally. He started his career with Accor in 1991 as Development Director for the United Kingdom, Ireland and Benelux.
In 2001, he joined Dolce hotel group as Vice-President of Development in Europe. He went on to become Executive Vice-President in charge of international real estate activities for Groupe Casino in 2004. In 2008, he joined Carrefour as Director of Carrefour Property France.
He became CEO of the French platform and Head of Separate Accounts Continental Europe at CBRE Global Investors, a world leader in real estate investment management, in 2012.
He joined AccorHotels’ Executive Committee in June 2014, as Chief Operating Officer HotelInvest.
Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, John has been appointed AccorInvest Chief Executive Officer.
Andrea Agrusow, graduates with a Master Business Administration from the University of Economics of Bratislava (Slovakia), also has been Licensed Tax Advisor from the Slovak Tax Chamber.
Andrea has more than 20 years of extensive and international experience in real estate management. Since 2010, she has worked at CBRE Global Investors Germany (Chief Financial Officer and CBRE Managing Direction since 2012).
She began her career at KMPG before moving to Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH, where she was most recently responsible as fund manager for a closed-end real estate fund.
Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, Andrea Agrusow has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) for AccorInvest Central Europe.
Arnaud Beaulieu is a graduate of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and HEC business school.
He began his career in 2001, at Suez’ Financial Transactions and Treasury department. In 2006, he joined the Carrefour Group, where he held various financial positions at Carrefour France and afterward at Carrefour’s Corporate Real Estate department.
In 2008, he joined Carrefour Property, the Carrefour Group’s Real Estate Division, as Head of Investment Control, and went on to become Head of Asset Management for Greater Paris area. He joined PSA Peugeot Citroen’s Corporate Real Estate Department in 2012 as Head of Asset Management before being appointed Corporate Real Estate Director in summer 2014.
In January 2015, he was appointed Head of the Asset Management department, which includes both Asset Restructuring and Portfolio Management teams. In this capacity, he managed HotelInvest’s property portfolio and supervising our relations with our partners and investors. Arnaud also lead strategic reviews on property disposals and acquisition opportunities, and coordinating and steering real-estate transactions liaising with Country and Head Office teams.
Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, Arnaud Beaulieu has been appointed as Chief Investment Officer of AccorInvest.
Didier Bosc is graduated from Amiens Business School ESCAE and holds a Doctorate in Management Control as well as a Degree in Law.
Didier Bosc joined AccorHotels in 1985 and progressed rapidly before becoming Vice President of Finance for Sofitel and Novotel North America in 2003. Didier then became Chief Financial Officer of Accor North America from 2007 and VP of Asset Management in Latin America from 2014.
Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, Didier Bosc has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for AccorInvest South America.
Nadine Brousse is graduated with a Master in Sociology and teaching units in Labor law.
After almost 10 years having various experiences in Human resources, Nadine joins AccorHotels through the direction of Human resources for Courtepaille (part of the Group at that time). She had then various experiences in Human resources for AccorHotels in France and Europe and for all brands giving her a strong expertise and an operational experience.
She has developed and implemented numerous international projects, most recently for Novotel by developing the global HR policy and for other brand like Novotel Suite, Mercure and ibis as part of their repositioning. Nadine has managed and develop initiatives related to Talent Management, Learning, International Mobility of employees and Management of change.Her last position in AccorHotels was Talent & Culture Director for Europe.
Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, Nadine Brousse has been appointed SVP Human Resources for AccorInvest.
Olivier Daguzan is graduated from the Institut Commercial de Nancy (ICN) with a Master’s degree in Finance.
He joined AccorHotels as an internal auditor and has held several key roles including Chief Financial Officer Accor Services in India and Director of Finance, AccorHotels Egypt. Olivier has been with AccorHotels for over 15 years, most recently as COO AccorInvest Benelux.

Cedric Durand is graduated from the European Business School in Paris, with a Master’s degree in Finance and auditor from IHEE (2010).
Cedric has held several key positions in Finance for AccorHotels Group over the last 17 years as Chief Financial Officer for AccorHotels in France, in Africa & Middle East and for Ticket Restaurant ® (luncheon vouchers). Previously Cedric was COO for AccorHotels’ HotelInvest division in France, member of the HotelInvest worldwide Executive Committee, mainly in charge of asset management operations, financial, legal departments and Construction & technical services.
Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, Cédric Durand has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for AccorInvest France, Southern Europe (Italy, Greece, Spain & Portugal) and Africa.
Jean-Baptiste Emin is graduated with a diploma in Economics and Finance from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and a Degree in Private and Business Law from Paris II University.
As a first step in his career, Jean-Baptiste spent about 12 years in Corporate Investment Banking activities (DCM, M&A, corporate banking…) at Credit Lyonnais and at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
Then he spent 6 years at Group Casino, a major French retailer, in the Group Finance Department where he was responsible for the Group finance co-ordination, which included among other responsibilities the supervision and financial support of international subsidiaries, group financial risk management in emerging countries, structured financings and Real Estate or ECM transactions (such as Mercialys IPO).
Prior to joining AccorHotels in April 2016 as COO of the MMEA region at HotelInvest, Jean-Baptiste spent 4 years at CBRE Global Investors France, the French Asset Management company of CBRE Group, as CFO from 2012 and as COO next to his CFO role from 2014 to 2016.
Jean-Baptiste was appointed CFO of HotelInvest in April 2016.

Corinne Fornara graduated from ESCEM, Tours Business School, Corinne also hold a DESCF degree in Accounting and Finance.
She began her career at Deloitte as Financial Auditor before joining the Kering Group in 1993 in the consolidation department. In 1996, she joined Atos Origin where she held various finance positions, and in 2000 she has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Atos Euronext in charge of Finance, Legal, Risk Management and Secretary of the supervisory board.
In 2009, Corinne became Chief Financial Officer of NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) Euronext for Europe. In 2013, she was appointed Group Controller at Constellium and then in 2016 served as Chief Financial Officer. Constellium is a Dutch group listed in New York, world leader in the transformation of aluminum into finished and semi-finished products for aeronautics, automotive and packaging. In this last position, Corinne managed the transition between a private company and a public one, prepared the listing and set up the necessary financial organization (team, tools and processes). Corinne was a member of the Constellium Executive Committee.

Jaïro Gonzalez holds a master degree in Public International Law and a master degree in International Economic Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Jaïro spent over 19 years with AccorHotels Group where he held different key positions in France and abroad, including Senior Legal Counsel, General Counsel for Central & Eastern Europe based in Budapest, and General Counsel Corporate at AccorHotels’ headquarters in Paris.
During his career, he has developped in-depth knowledge in all legal aspects of the hospitality industry, including the M&A and real estate components, across different jurisdictions, among which, France, Spain, South America, Central & Eastern Europe, Turkey and Central Asia.
Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, Jaïro Gonzalez has been appointed Group General Counsel, Board Secretary and Compliance Officer of AccorInvest.
Arnaud Patat graduated from the Paris-based Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics, has spent the past 20 years building his experience and solid technical expertise as project director in the civil engineering and construction sector.
He has designed and built a wide variety of properties (hotels, corporate head offices, data centers, etc.) spanning over 400,000 sqm in total. He started his career in 1996, with Igape, a Paris-based engineering company, as design and construction project manager. In 2004, he moved to Imogis where he oversaw several large head-office construction projects in and around Paris.In 2010, he became Technical Director at AOS Studley, which has since become a Colliers International Group company. He has in particular supervised the engineering and construction of Carrefour’s new head office and worked on the construction of the Hotel Molitor Paris - Mgallery Collection.
Joining AccorHotels in 2013, he has held HotelInvest’s Technical Division, working closely alongside Head-Office and Country teams, and upgrading and enhancing the Group’s "technical guidelines", processes and tools by a commitment to build & develop our portfolio within a strategy of sustainable innovation.
