Gilles Clavie started his professional career in 1993 as a Consolidation and Group Financial Reporting Manager in an agro-industry company. His experience with hospitality industry began 19 years ago in Accor Group, when he became EMEA Reporting Director for the business and leisure hotels segment. In 2011 Gilles joined Orbis S.A. as a member of the Executive Committee.
Since 2014, Gilles Clavie is a President of the Management Board & CEO of Orbis, an international group with over 4000 employees, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Under his leadership, in 2019 Orbis entered a new chapter of its development by transforming into a largest group investing in hotel assets in Poland and Eastern Europe, strengthening its leading position in the region.
Gilles has been awarded among “The 20 most efficient CEOs of the Warsaw Stock Exchange” (mWIG40 index) by Harvard Business Review Polska & TMS Brokers.
Gilles Clavie has been appointed AccorInvest Chief Executive Officer in July 2020.
Andrea Agrusow, graduates with a Master Business Administration from the University of Economics of Bratislava (Slovakia), also has been Licensed Tax Advisor from the Slovak Tax Chamber.
Andrea has more than 20 years of extensive and international experience in real estate management. Since 2010, she has worked at CBRE Global Investors Germany (Chief Financial Officer and CBRE Managing Direction since 2012).
She began her career at KMPG before moving to Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH, where she was most recently responsible as fund manager for a closed-end real estate fund.
Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, Andrea Agrusow has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) for AccorInvest Central Europe. Since October 2020, Andrea has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for Northern Europe.
Amine Belaicha began his career as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris, where he delivered projects in a diversified range of industries. Most notably, he served in major domestic and cross-border post-merger integration programmes. He then served as a Vice President at Swicorp Private Equity with a diversified role covering deal sourcing, deal execution and portfolio management through a wide range of industries. Amine Belaicha has also worked for French PayTV company Canal Plus, setting up a new business unit.
As CTO of AccorInvest, Amine brings over 16 years of consulting, private equity and corporate experiences notably in post-merger integrations, performance improvement and complex transformation programmes for a wide range of corporates and PE-controlled companies. He has worked across various industries including banking, insurance, healthcare, power and utilities, manufacturing, services, media and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) in Europe and MENA region.
An HEC Paris Grande Ecole MSc. graduate, Amine is a Yale University Greenberg World Fellow and an Archbishop Desmond Tutu Fellow of the African Leadership Institute.
Amine Belaicha joins the Group as Chief Transformation Officer in October 2020.
Didier Bosc is graduated from Amiens Business School ESCAE and holds a Doctorate in Management Control as well as a Degree in Law.
Didier Bosc joined AccorHotels in 1985 and progressed rapidly before becoming Vice President of Finance for Sofitel and Novotel North America in 2003. Didier then became Chief Financial Officer of Accor North America from 2007 and VP of Asset Management in Latin America from 2014.
Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, Didier Bosc has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for AccorInvest South America.
Olivier Daguzan is graduated from the Institut Commercial de Nancy (ICN) with a Master’s degree in Finance.
He joined AccorHotels as an internal auditor and has held several key roles including Chief Financial Officer Accor Services in India and Director of Finance, AccorHotels Egypt. Olivier has been with AccorHotels for over 15 years, most recently as COO AccorInvest Benelux.
Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, Olivier Daguzan has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) Nothern Europe (United-Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) for AccorInvest. Since October 2020, Olivier has been appointed Group Chief Operations Officer.
Cedric Durand is graduated from the European Business School in Paris, with a Master’s degree in Finance and auditor from IHEE (2010).
Cedric has held several key positions in Finance for AccorHotels Group over the last 17 years as Chief Financial Officer for AccorHotels in France, in Africa & Middle East and for Ticket Restaurant ® (luncheon vouchers). Previously Cedric was COO for AccorHotels’ HotelInvest division in France, member of the HotelInvest worldwide Executive Committee, mainly in charge of asset management operations, financial, legal departments and Construction & technical services.
Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, Cédric Durand has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for AccorInvest Southern Europe (France, Italy, Greece, Spain & Portugal).
Corinne Fornara graduated from ESCEM, Tours Business School, Corinne also hold a DESCF degree in Accounting and Finance.
She began her career at Deloitte as Financial Auditor before joining the Kering Group in 1993 in the consolidation department. In 1996, she joined Atos Origin where she held various finance positions, and in 2000 she has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Atos Euronext in charge of Finance, Legal, Risk Management and Secretary of the supervisory board.
In 2009, Corinne became Chief Financial Officer of NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) Euronext for Europe. In 2013, she was appointed Group Controller at Constellium and then in 2016 served as Chief Financial Officer. Constellium is a Dutch group listed in New York, world leader in the transformation of aluminum into finished and semi-finished products for aeronautics, automotive and packaging. In this last position, Corinne managed the transition between a private company and a public one, prepared the listing and set up the necessary financial organization (team, tools and processes). Corinne was a member of the Constellium Executive Committee.
Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, Corinne Fornara has been appointed Group Chief Finance Officer in charge of Finance, Internal Audit and Risk management of AccorInvest.
Jaïro Gonzalez holds a master degree in Public International Law and a master degree in International Economic Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Jaïro spent over 19 years with AccorHotels Group where he held different key positions in France and abroad, including Senior Legal Counsel, General Counsel for Central & Eastern Europe based in Budapest, and General Counsel Corporate at AccorHotels’ headquarters in Paris.
During his career, he has developped in-depth knowledge in all legal aspects of the hospitality industry, including the M&A and real estate components, across different jurisdictions, among which, France, Spain, South America, Central & Eastern Europe, Turkey and Central Asia.
Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, Jaïro Gonzalez has been appointed Group General Counsel, Board Secretary and Compliance Officer of AccorInvest. Since october 2020, Jairo has been appointed Group Chief Corporate Officer (Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, Internal Communication & Board Secretary).
Arnaud Patat graduated from the Paris-based Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics, has spent the past 20 years building his experience and solid technical expertise as project director in the civil engineering and construction sector.
He has designed and built a wide variety of properties (hotels, corporate head offices, data centers, etc.) spanning over 400,000 sqm in total. He started his career in 1996, with Igape, a Paris-based engineering company, as design and construction project manager. In 2004, he moved to Imogis where he oversaw several large head-office construction projects in and around Paris.In 2010, he became Technical Director at AOS Studley, which has since become a Colliers International Group company. He has in particular supervised the engineering and construction of Carrefour’s new head office and worked on the construction of the Hotel Molitor Paris - Mgallery Collection.
Joining AccorHotels in 2013, he has held HotelInvest’s Technical Division, working closely alongside Head-Office and Country teams, and upgrading and enhancing the Group’s "technical guidelines", processes and tools by a commitment to build & develop our portfolio within a strategy of sustainable innovation.
