Corporate Governance

At AccorInvest, we ensure that we operate in full compliance with applicable regulations. We have governance bodies that follow international standards in terms of good governance and we promote management best practices within the company.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is responsible for implementing the Board's strategic orientations under the supervision of the CEO, consistently with good management practices and the ethics principles of the group. This management and decision-making body is composed of six members, in charge of the group's operational and functional divisions.

Gilles Clavie

Chief Executive Officer

Gilles Clavie started his professional career in 1993 as a Consolidation and Group Financial Reporting Manager in an agro-industry company. His experience with hospitality industry began 19 years ago in Accor Group, when he became EMEA Reporting Director for the business and leisure hotels segment. In 2011 Gilles joined Orbis S.A. as a member of the Executive Committee.

Since 2014, Gilles Clavie is a President of the Management Board & CEO of Orbis, an international group with over 4000 employees, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Under his leadership, in 2019 Orbis entered a new chapter of its development by transforming into a largest group investing in hotel assets in Poland and Eastern Europe, strengthening its leading position in the region.

Gilles has been awarded among “The 20 most efficient CEOs of the Warsaw Stock Exchange” (mWIG40 index) by Harvard Business Review Polska & TMS Brokers.

Gilles Clavie has been appointed AccorInvest Chief Executive Officer in July 2020.

Corinne Fornara

Group Chief Finance Officer

Corinne Fornara graduated from ESCEM, Tours Business School, Corinne also hold a DESCF degree in Accounting and Finance.

She began her career at Deloitte as Financial Auditor before joining the Kering Group in 1993 in the consolidation department. In 1996, she joined Atos Origin where she held various finance positions, and in 2000 she has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Atos Euronext in charge of Finance, Legal, Risk Management and Secretary of the supervisory board.

In 2009, Corinne became Chief Financial Officer of NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) Euronext for Europe. In 2013, she was appointed Group Controller at Constellium and then in 2016 served as Chief Financial Officer. Constellium is a Dutch group listed in New York, world leader in the transformation of aluminum into finished and semi-finished products for aeronautics, automotive and packaging. In this last position, Corinne managed the transition between a private company and a public one, prepared the listing and set up the necessary financial organization (team, tools and processes). Corinne was a member of the Constellium Executive Committee.

Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, Corinne Fornara has been appointed Group Chief Finance Officer in charge of Finance, Internal Audit and Risk management of AccorInvest.

Jaïro Gonzalez

Group Secretary-General

Jaïro Gonzalez holds a master degree in Public International Law and a master degree in International Economic Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Jaïro spent over 19 years with AccorHotels Group where he held different key positions in France and abroad, including Senior Legal Counsel, General Counsel for Central & Eastern Europe based in Budapest, and General Counsel Corporate at AccorHotels’ headquarters in Paris.

During his career, he has developped in-depth knowledge in all legal aspects of the hospitality industry, including the M&A and real estate components, across different jurisdictions, among which, France, Spain, South America, Central & Eastern Europe, Turkey and Central Asia.

Since completing the sale of the capital of AccorInvest, Jaïro Gonzalez has been appointed Group General Counsel, Board Secretary and Compliance Officer of AccorInvest. Since october 2020, Jairo has been appointed Group Chief Corporate Officer (Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, Communication & Board Secretary).

Cédric Durand

Group Chief Human Resources Officer

Cedric Durand is graduated from the European Business School in Paris, with a Master’s degree in Finance and auditor from IHEE (2010).

Cedric has held several key positions in Finance for AccorHotels Group over the last 17 years as Chief Financial Officer for AccorHotels in France, in Africa & Middle East and for Ticket Restaurant ® (luncheon vouchers). Previously Cedric was COO for AccorHotels’ HotelInvest division in France, member of the HotelInvest worldwide Executive Committee, mainly in charge of asset management operations, financial, legal departments and Construction & technical services.

Chief Operation Officer for Southern Europe from the Group's creation to October 2021, then Group Chief Transformation Officer and member of the Executive Committee, Cédric Durand was appointed Group Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2023.

Wojciech Lacz

Group Chief Innovation, Efficiency & PMO Officer

After various experiences at L'Oréal and then for 8 years at Danone, Wojciech joined the Accor Group in 2018 as Director of IT & Digital Services for Eastern Europe. During this last experience, Wojciech was responsible for defining and supervising key IT and digital projects for the Eastern Europe region (16 countries).

Last 5 months, he was appointed as SVP Technology and Digital and ComEx member for Accor Northern Europe. His experiences in digital services and organizations, including building different scope of the shared services, major international infrastructure consolidation and execution of cloud strategy will be key areas of expertise for his mission within AccorInvest.

Wojciech Lacz, appointed Group Chief Information Officer in March 2021, leading Business Digitalisation & Technology streams, took on the PMO of the Group, ensuring the coordination of the Transformation. Since July 2023, Wojciech is the Group Chief Innovation, Efficiency & PMO Officer.

Damien Leveillé Nizerolle

Group Chief Investment Officer

Damien began his career as a notary, before joining Klépierre in 2001 as Head of Legal Affairs and International Development. In 2007, he joined Unibail-Rodamco as General Counsel, before being appointed Groupe Investment Director in 2014.

His achievements include the acquisition of Westfield, a company listed on the Sydney stock exchange, Zlote Tarasy in Poland, the sale of Comexposium in France, shopping centers such as Carré Sénart in France, Shopping City Sud in Austria, Aupark in Slovakia, and the sale and acquisition of real estate companies in several European countries.

Damien Leveillé Nizerolle has become Group Chief Investment Officer of AccorInvest in June 2023.
