AccorInvest, investor owner and hotel operator announces that on 1 July 2019, it has completed the acquisition of the walls of a pan-European portfolio of 4 assets (661 rooms), thus confirming its position as a European leader.
These assets so far under lease from its strategic partners Crédit Agricole Assurances and Amundi Immobilier acting as Asset Manager are: the Novotel Paris Centre Gare Montparnasse (199 rooms), Sofitel Lisboa Liberdade (163 rooms), Pullman Madrid Airport Feria (179 rooms) and Mercure Brussels Airport (120 rooms).
These acquisitions are accompanied by ambitious renovation programmes that are part of AccorInvest’s strategy of repositioning and creating value.
