AccorInvest, investor, owner and hotel operator announces that on 5 August 2019, it has completed the acquisition of the freehold interest of 2 London assets in the economic and midscale segments (479 rooms), thus continuing its active strategy of real estate acquisition of its leased hotels in key European cities.
Opened in 2012, the Novotel and ibis Blackfriars (182 and 297 rooms respectively), located in the Southbank district (AAA location), have until now been under a lease contract with Commerz Real, a subsidiary of German Commerzbank.
